NEED: Mobile Developers - iOS and Android in Columbus, OH (OR) New York

Title: Mobile developers - iOS and Android

Location: Columbus, OH (OR) New York

Duration: 3-6 Months

 

You'll be engaged in various project development life-cycles, create new apps and enhance existing apps, assure quality across multiple Android, iOS devices and versions, as well as road-mapping future initiatives.

·         BS / MS in Computer Science from a great school / program (or equivalent)

·         2+ years experience developing mobile apps (iOS and/or Android), unit testing, and deploying, supporting bug/patch fixes

·         Deep understanding of web services architecture and SOAP/REST interfaces and knowledge of UI frameworks (Android, iOS, SML), application design, and complex, reactive touch-based UIs

·         Good skills in HTML5, CSS3 and Javascript

·         Good understanding of PhoneGap and RoR (preferred)

·         Understanding of Apple's review process and experience distributing apps via App Store, Ad Hoc, or Enterprise

·         At least one app in the App Store that you've worked on

·         Strong understanding of MVC concepts and object-oriented programming

·         Comfortable with Git or other code versioning system

·         Familiar with UIKit, Core Data, Core Animation, Auto Layout, and friends

·         Experience with REST APIs

·         Self-motivated to explore new technologies, applications, and environments

·         Excellent attention to detail

·         Excellent communication skills
