Skills

Must have hands-on e-Learning experience

Requires 3-5 years of experience

 

§  The resource will be responsible for

Ø  The business, systems and functional analysis and provide business solutions by developing complex or multiple eLearning courses and multimedia deliverables.

Ø  They will work with L&D's suite of authoring tools is helpful and Learning Management System to design, develop, deliver and track electronic learning solutions is ideal.

Ø  Will need to be experienced with Agile, SDLC methodology and concepts.

Ø  Develop comprehensive documentation for multiple initiatives and have a solid understanding of the training function and adult learning principles.
