Position:        Programmer/ analyst IVR consultant  Location:        Allentown PA  Required:        -1-  Duration:        5 months with possible extensions  Rate:            DOE  Due By:          Immediate  Start:           Immediate    Our client has an immediate need for an IVR Consultant.    Job Description: PROGRAMMER/ANALYST – SOLUTIONS DELIVERY CALL CENTER (IVR  SOLUTION+)    REQUIRED SKILLS:  •       Must possess very strong verbal/written communication &  facilitation skills.  •       Must be able to help business counterparts in finding optimal  solutions.  •       Strong assertive leadership, organizational, project management  skills.  •       Strong analytical and development skills.  •       To create and test new and existing IVR flows and logic; to  troubleshoot issues that arise with routing, delivery, and completion of  phone calls or other media contact types.  •       To create impromptu reports.  •       Strong relational database experience with database design and  data access required.  Strong SQL skills needed to create queries,  procedures, and reports for the business.  •       Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related  discipline and up to 5 years of work experience.    PREFERRED SKILLS:  Development experience with CTI, Speech Recognition (ASR, TTS, STT),  Database Integration using REST or SOAP APIs via Web Services, Webmethods  and .NET.  Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, XML, SOAP, TCP/IP desirable.
