Looking for a Cisco resource for Logicalis to assist with a transition of 17 sites onto their network.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Works with Logicalis' customers to perform MPLS connectivity to customer facilities.
• Maintains current and thorough knowledge of Cisco Network technologies (Catalyst switches, Routers, Nexus, etc.).
• Maintains current and thorough knowledge of relevant complementary technologies to Cisco, such as network based faxing, video, and call recording.
• Responsible for product evaluation, process improvement, and practice refinement activities on occasion.
• Must be able to work weekends during cutovers
• Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations as well as policies and procedures of Logicalis in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical and professional behaviors.
• Supports and conducts self in a manner consistent with customer service expectations.
