Job/Position: Junior Project Manager
Duration : 6+ Months
Location : Washington, DC
Responsibilities:
Prior experience (2-3 years) as a junior producer/project manager or project manager or directly related experience
Proficiency with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) is desirable
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship building skills
Management of projects that were on schedule and budget
Experience scoping large engagements, with development of project plans in MS Project / Omniplan or equivalent
Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) models and knowledge of agile & traditional project management
Understanding of and demonstrated experience in using appropriate tools such as Jira/Rally, Confluence MS Project / Omniplan, Visio etc.
