Position: Sr Hadoop Developer with Java Exp

Location: El Segundo, CA

Duration: 6 Months

 

Job Description: 

 

·        Good hands on Hive. (Partitioning, Bucketing, windowing functions, etc.)

·        Should have Core Java experience. ( Writing MapReduce Programs, defining custom UDFs, etc.)

·        Cloudera distribution preferred.

·        Experience with Impala.

·        Should have experience in optimization of hive jobs. (Optimizing joins, etc.)

·        Experience in creating Oozie workflows

·        Should have experience in tools like Flume for ingesting Real-Time Data.

·        Prior Hadoop Production Support experience( Not mandatory but is an addition)
