Position: Iteration Manager with Business Analyst Exp (Scrum Master)

Location: San Francisco, CA

Duration: 6+ Months

Job Description: 

Must Have Skills

·        Must have prior experience in Business Analyst role

·        Business and Technical Requirement Gathering

·        Document preparation

·        Must have experience on Agile technologies and processes.

·        AS IS Analysis and To Be Analysis

·        Excellent communication skills and presentation skills

·        Excellent Interpersonal skills

·        Need to interact with people at all levels in Business and IT

·        Lead and execute User Acceptance Testing

·        Interface between IT and Business

·        Proficient in Microsoft word and Power Point

 

Desired skills

·        Project Management

·        Ability to drive and lead teams.

·        Excellent Agile product owner experience

·        Should have experience in conducting release planning / inceptions

·        Should have experience in identifying values in the requirement and prioritizing those appropriately at epic/feature level and at story level

·        Should have experience in chunking and slicing the stories based and agile principle

·        Should be able to draw story mapping and dependencies

·        Should have experience in agile sizing and estimations

·        Good Agile development/QA experience.
