Job Title: Dynamics GP Systems Admin/Support Tech

Location: Saint Paul - Minnesota

Duration: 6+ Months

Job Summary:

Provide support for the third party applications, primarily focused on Microsoft Dynamics GP 2013 (Great Plains) and associated applications (Scribe, extender, Rockton Omniprice, business portal) and Microsoft SQL reporting services. 

 

Responsibilities:

·         Provide technical support, maintenance, and analysis on Microsoft Dynamics GP and CRM.  Support would include invoicing, Financials, Purchasing and Sales. 

·         Build integrations between Microsoft Dynamics CRM and GP using the scribe software.  Includes 2 projects:

o   2 way integration for sales services and accounts.  

o   1 way integration for sales orders and fulfillment. 

·         Push integrations through the Testing, Staging, QA and Production environments for the critical business applications

·         Support and possibly build reports using Microsoft Reporting Services.

·         Provide general MS SQL administration tasks. 

·         Analyze and document business requirements and specifications in collaboration with business departments to accomplish their desired results.

·         Use system analysis techniques and methods to analyze and document system requirements and technical designs.

·         Perform duties in compliance with applicable regulations and standards such as Sarbanes Oxley Act, FDA Quality System, and ISO (International Organization for Standardization).

 

Qualifications:

·         A relevant 4 year degree or 4 years of equivalent work experience.

·         2 years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamic GP (Great Plains)  

·         Experience with MS SQL and SQL 

·         Experience with Building ETL/integrations, SSIS and DTS

·         Troubleshooting skills

·         Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization

·         Ability to work well within a team environment

 

Preferred: experience with SOX and/or FDA regulations
