WistaciaSoft is looking for a Senior Technical Business Systems Analyst for our client in Monterey Park, CA.

 

 

Senior Technical Business Systems Analyst

Location: Monterey Park, CA

Duration: Long Term Contract

 

RSA Archer experience is Mandatory

 

Role

·         Define and develop processes that adhere to industry and company compliance standards

·         Define and Gather Functional and Technical Requirements for solutions, data analytics, reporting; also help develop technical architecture and design documents

·         Work with the Archer team to help define and implement  Data Migration processes  from existing systems (SharePoint, SQL Server, Excel ) to other data marts and RSA Archer

·         Analyze current data import and integration processes to drive and leverage efficiencies in connecting with third-party systems and data repositories.

·         Drive and participate in the planning and performance of system, integration and user acceptance testing to ensure that functional requirements are met and validated

·         Track compliance requirements, standards and monitor compliance to established policies

·         Create reports and analytics to facilitate decision making and ensure compliance

·         Provide regular communication on project status and risks

 

Required Skills:

·         Strong interpersonal skills, working with a team in meeting aggressive deadlines and goals

·         Excellent verbal presentation and written communication; ability to clearly present ideas and get buy in from various levels of people within the organization including high-level executives.

·         Full life cycle design and implementation experience

·         Ability to gather and define Business Requirements, Functional Requirements, Technical design and architecture documents

·         Experience with testing of different use cases, User Acceptance Testing, data quality, data validation and data migration testing.

·         Self-driven with the ability to multitask and manage deliverables independently

·         Ability to lead whiteboard discussions to gather and refine business requirements

·         Ability to work with multiple teams providing support for Product Launches and ensure that  required documentation is prepared and maintained

·         Ability to prepare training materials and deliver user training

·         Strong experience with MS Visio, MS Office Suite, SharePoint 2010/2013, Jive

·         Experience with SQL and with the development of reports

·         Knowledge of IT compliance processes and frameworks like SOX, SAS 70, COBIT etc

 

Desired Skills:

Prior experience with IBM Rational System Architect is a big plus

Prior experience with EMC Archer/eGRC system deployments is a big plus

Strong technical background (prior experience as a developer is a big plus)

Experience with IT audits
