Duration: 12+ months

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

 

·         Brings deep expertise in designing, tuning and monitoring infrastructure to support PeopleSoft FSCM applications under the supervision of agency supervisors.

·         Prioritizes, assigns and monitors individual team member tasks.

·         Coordinates team meetings (organize, communicate and provide meeting minutes/summaries)

·         Provides guidance and strategy to problem/issue resolution

-          Oversees team related documentation

·         Designs the overall architecture, infrastructure and database structure

·         Code PeopleSoft financials modifications using the PeopleSoft development tools.

·         Provide production support including issue resolution in a timely manner.

·         Manages the development of infrastructure for the PeopleSoft ERP Program

·         Communicate with users to gather requirements for projects and enhancements to the production system.

·         Perform technical analysis and estimates for enhancement requests.

·         Perform complete lifecycle testing and document the code changes.

·         Perform tuning for slow running processes.

·         Monitor batch processes and resolve the issues.

·         Provide Technical leadership for system upgrade activities.

·         Provide weekly Status reports.

·         Documentation of software changes.

·         Perform the PeopleSoft code reviews as per the agency coding standards.

·         Modifications to PeopleSoft interfaces with the existing agency systems.

 

Skills Needed:

·         At least 84 months of experience as a PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) Application DBA.

·         At least 72 months of experience with Oracle Database tablespaces, table design, normalization and efficiencies for Peoplesoft FSCM.

·         At least 72 months of experience with ETL and SQL coding for Peoplesoft FSCM

·         At least 60 months experience with UNIX scripting and Oracle in a UNIX environment.

·         At least 60 months of experience in conducting design sessions with users, writing design documents and writing technical specifications using PeopleSoft FSCM.

·         At least 48 months experience with migration and data conversion from legacy systems to PeopleSoft FSCM databases.
