Qualification: Any graduate / Post Graduate
Experience: 1-3 years
Job Location: Hyderabad
Job Description:
Should be willing to work in US timings EST (night shift in India)
Prefer minimum of 1-3 years of recruiting US experience in IT Staffing and consulting company for mid-level recruiter.
Demonstrated ability to source and hire candidates for targeted searches, plus prior experience with behavioral interviewing techniques.
Must demonstrate a high degree of initiative to meet demands of a high volume recruiting environment.
Experience sourcing candidates through networking, internet postings, internal applicants, job boards, etc.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with tact and discretion.
Ability to successfully work on multiple requisitions at any given time.
Must have a proactive approach to recruiting
