Designation: Recruiters/Midlevel Recruiters /Sales Recruiters
Qualification: Any graduate / Post Graduate
Experience: 1-3 years
Job Location: Hyderabad
Job Description:
§ Should be willing to work in US timings EST (night shift in India)
§ Prefer minimum of 1-3 years of recruiting US experience in IT Staffing and consulting company for mid-level recruiter.
§ Demonstrated ability to source and hire candidates for targeted searches, plus prior experience with behavioral interviewing techniques.
§ Must demonstrate a high degree of initiative to meet demands of a high volume recruiting environment.
§ Experience sourcing candidates through networking, internet postings, internal applicants, job boards, etc.
§ Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with tact and discretion.
§ Ability to successfully work on multiple requisitions at any given time.
§ Must have a proactive approach to recruiting
