Role	Technology Lead with strong Siebel CRM & Java
Job Responsibilities	ü  Work with cross-functional teams at customer site to drive solution architecture ü  Quick Development and Troubleshooting Skills ü  Create high availability design, provide infrastructure strategy, and perform testing of solution components ü  Stakeholder Management ü  Ability to work in GDM model
Technical skills required	ü  Strong skills in Siebel CRM – Field Services or Call Center ü  Strong hands-on skill in Java ü  Hands on configuration of the business services and workflows. ü  Strong skills in Siebel Products & Pricing modules, preferably for Telecom clients ü  Siebel configuration, business services, eScript, Assignment Manger, Workflow Manager, Web Services and Server Administration  ü  Ability to create a detailed technical design based on functional and non-functional requirements ü  Experience in defining best practices, recommending design improvements ü  Ability to work directly on tuning of existing code in individual role ü  Ability to manage Siebel development and production environment
Behavioral skills required	·   Excellent ability to convince multiple stakeholders ·   Good communication and listening skills
Desirable technical/behavioral skills	·   In depth knowledge of Siebel CRM, Configuration, EAI, VBC, Product & Pricing ·   Preferably worked in Siebel eCommunications or Siebel Field Services module
Typical level of experience	6+ years
Education	Minimum BS/BE/MCA
