1)      Hands on experience on Oracle Fusion   Middleware (OFM) with OSB knowledge.

 

2)      Designing and developing solution using OFM.

 

3)      Extensive experience working in Production support environment.

 

4)      Good communication skills. (both verbal and written).

 

5)      Knowledge of working with ticketing systems like ServiceNow.

 

6)      Working knowledge in SLA based operations support model.
