Job Title: QA Analyst w/Financial Services

Location: Lansing, MI

Duration: 6 Months

The position being hired is that of Senior Financial Services Test Analyst for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Regression Testing. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Responsible for assisting with and executing sound users test plans and cases; fully executed user testing which will result in a "zero defect" code deployment; updating user cases. Duties: 

Act as Financial Services Tester in the performance of various iterations of User Acceptance (UAT) and Regression Testing 

Report defects in HP Quality Center 

Conduct retesting efforts 

Participate in updating effort for Use Cases    

Skills Required  Extensive experience in finance and accounting required. Extensive experience in performing User Acceptance Testing required. 

Ability to understand and translate Business Requirements to test cases and scenarios 

Ability to apply Best Practices to the ORS UAT and Regression testing efforts

Good knowledge of Process Mapping concepts and techniques 

Attention to detail 

Problem solving skills 

Excellent time management skills

Excellent communication skills    

Skills Preferred  Experience in Retirement systems testing preferred.    

Experience Required  Quality Assurance Analyst capabilities with 5 or more years of experience of testing with user acceptance.
