• (Expert) Cisco Networking Technology (Network Routing and Switching Knowledge, Network Design and Implementation, Network Troubleshooting, Network Hardware Configuration, Network Performance Tuning, etc.)

• (strong) understanding of related technologies (e.g. – Cisco load-balancing, F5 load-balancing, firewalls, etc.)

• (strong) Customer Service

• General Project Management

• Influencing Others

• Customer/Vendor Management

• Business Analysis

• General Financial Management
