Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: North Quincy, MA

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

· Work closely with businessto understand current workflow and suggest campaign management process/workflow as per requirements

· work closely with ETL and Campaign team to implement process  

· Work closely with data Architect to design customer data mart

· Analyze data requirements and map with standard requirment of retail campaign data mart

· Work closely with businessfor requirement understanding and transforming into data model requirments

· Prepare functionalspecification documents

· Prepare mapping documents for ETL team to use for designing of ETL teams

Mandatory Technical/Functional Skills:

Experience: Minimum8-10  years

Strong knowledge of retail domain and campaign management process

Should have implemented campaign management process for at least one retail client

Should have complete understanding of data requirementsfor retail campaign management

Should have worked in DWH projects

Excellent communication skills

Should be able to take sign off on functionalspecifications
