Position: Workforce Management Analyst
Location: Dunwoody, GA
Duration: 6+ Months

Required Qualifications:

• 2 or more years of experience forecasting and scheduling  in a multi skilled environment using Workforce Management software
• Proven aptitude for math and analytics required
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point) required
• Strong relationship management skills are required

Preferred  Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in related discipline (Business, Finance or Mathematics) strongly desired
• Advance knowledge of Verient, Blue Pumpkin and Avaya CMS experience preferred
• Proven experience presenting & consulting with operational leadership preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including complex formulas, workbook linking, data filtering
