Position: DevOps Engineer

Must have skills: DevOps Engineer with Powershell Scripting experience is mandate
· Enterprise experience in Data Center, experience on running multi infra operations
· Prioritized items in RISK matrix. This person will translate those Risks in Run Books.
· Ex- if 10 servers goes down, what are the next steps, next escalation mechanism etc.
· Very good understanding of escalation process and ability to document the same
· Comfortable with Technical writing of Recovery procedures and Fail over procedures (for example, how the various teams will recover if something fails)
· Strong engineering background and ability to drive documentation and this person will need to work/communicate with different teams
· Understanding of VRU/IVR domain is desired but not necessary
