ROLE:  Network Engineer

Location:   Dallas, TX

Duration: 3 months+ extensions

Required Skills:

·         Experience with LTE RF network design, deployment, and optimization

·         Expertise on LTE performance optimization KPIs and parameters (OSS and drive test based)

·         Experience with planning and optimizing HetNet deployments including macro, micro, and pico cellular networks

·         Statistical and digital communications, antennas, propagation, link budgets, LTE air interface standards

·         Knowledgable on Self Organizing Network (SON) principles

·         including Centralized SON and Distributed SON

·         Knowledge of Radio Resource Management functionalities (handover control, admission control, capacity management, etc.)

·         Expert with RAN/RF planning and drive test tools such as Atoll, PlanetEV and Actix

Preferred Skills: Experience on anaytics models for Self Organizing Network (SON) optimization - Familiarity with LTE standards for HetNet optimization
