1. Needs to have a background in IT solutions for Healthcare. 

2. Understand Medicaid and Medicare and associated guidelines. 

3. Strong experience in leading multiple projects and working across a matrixed organizations. 

4. Familiarity with Regulations and strong understanding of various business flows

5. Ability to lead development and sustainment efforts. 

6. Understanding of health insurance, marketplace and associated policies.
