Role: SDLC Test Analyst

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Duration: 3-6 months Contract

 

Job Description:

·         Should have minimum 4+ years' experience in testing . With Hands on experience on Web Based Testing & testing on distributed systems. Should have good domain knowhow on Insurance & Annuities .

·         Should lead a team of 2-3 people.

·         Should create Test Plan document  work independently with stakeholders. Coordinate with various cross commits & UAT business teams.

·         Should have complete understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and QA Methodology

·         Should involve in every phase of testing cycle and be should be part of requirements analysis, Test plan/strategy definition, Test design and execution and providing the status on regular intervals.

·         Handle multiple demands, ambiguity and work in a rapidly changing environment

·         Experience in functional testing, Regression testing.

·         Excellent knowledge of Quality Center/ ALM

·         Good communication, Analytical skills and sound judgment is essential. Must work well in a standalone or team environment.
