Position:  GUI Programmer | Application / Production Support Location: Carmel, IN Duration: 6+ Months Interview Type: Phone/Skype interviews this week Description: Need a high skilled consultant to work on a short term project. This individual will designs and develops business applications using a number of visual components. Write User Interface development for a SQL database. Consultant will programming mainly in Microsoft Access for an internal data entry application. They will work in tandem with internal SQL DBA's.  Communication. Continuous learning. Customer focus. Skilled in modern web and application programming skills	Required

 

Conduct usability testing to identify and fix UI problems	Required
Should have working knowledge of one or more of the leading DBMSA Database Management System (DBMS) e.g., MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle	Required

 

Collaborate with business and IT decision makers to discuss user interface requirements and brainstorm UI ideas	Required
Use visual aids, including wireframes, storyboards and UI flow charts, to plan and present user interface designs	Required

 

Superior soft-skills in areas like verbal and written communication to effectively communicate with business decision-makers	Required
Utilize company policies appropriately	Required

 

Foster teamwork and collaboration	Required
Microsoft Office Suite; including Access	Required
