Job Description:

·         Drive and initiate consulting for business process enablement

·         Participates in user requirements gathering, analysis, solutions prototyping, technical specifications documentation, and test plans; to improve business processes

·         Have the ability to develop solutions from the business requirements and then to work with engineers to determine the functional specification using standard collaboration and workflow technologies.

·         Demonstrate an advanced level of operational business processes regardless of the technology.

·         Customer and peer relationships in order to drive results and efficiencies at varying levels throughout the company

·         Lead or participate in a number of small to large-sized projects, in a timely, diligent, and professional manner to accomplish the objectives within prescribed scope and schedule.

·         3-4 years of Agile implementation experience
