· Business analyst should have strong experience with FACETS
· Ability to understand requirements from client and create design documents, present, and walk through with the client business leads
· Effective liaison between the business clients and IT development team.
· Ability to understand the concept surrounding various entities leveraging healthcare domain knowledge
