Rate $50/hr on C2C MAX

Job Responsibilities:          

·         Analyze source systems' data, and validate system outputs, processes and reporting data.

·         Work with the user groups to gather, analyze and document data and reporting requirements and communicate requirements by working as an interface between systems, the data-warehouse users, EDMA team, and the IT teams.

·         Translate business requirements or concerns to system change requirements.

·         Support implementing Data Marts and Business Intelligence solutions

·         Identify opportunities to optimize the Data-warehouse ETL environment, quality and validation processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Job Requirements:

·         Bachelor's degree or higher. Major in Information Systems or Business Administration preferred

·         6-8 years Business Analysis experience preferably in banking or mortgage industry. Experience in Risk and Compliance is highly preferred.

·         Proven skills with Microsoft Office suite, Exposure to Oracle and Microsoft Access.

·         Excellent SQL skills; comfortable using a data access tool such as Toad or SQL Workbench

·         Ability to draft Business Requirements Document / Functional requirements Document / System Requirements Document, Test cases, Data Flow Diagrams to capture sources, targets and processes (manual/automated), and Use cases

·         Understanding of current and emerging IT products, services, processes and methodologies.

·         Strategic thinking:  Provide options and assess solutions, looking at the business holistically

·         Extensive experience reporting and analyzing data

·         Should have excellent communication skills

·         Banking experience desirable

·         Exposure to IBM toolsets like Information Analyzer and Business Glossary desirable
