Job Purpose:
To work closely with the customers to understand their business model, requirements and translate them into software requirements document, which would then be used by design & development teams and QA for solutioning
Principal Accountabilities:
The person in this job is responsible for the following
Project Specific Requirements
1. Banking Domain Expert - Retail banking preferable
2. Specialization in Sales and Service (SnS) and Loans
3. Experience in interacting with LOB
4. Knowledge on ARGO product is a good to have skill
