Position: Oracle Apex Technology Lead / Architect

Location: Houston, Texas

Duration: 6 Months

 

 

Job Description: 

 

Must-Have:

·         Evaluate existing Oracle APEX application on key non-functional parameters like reliability, scalability and performance.

·         Assess technical risks and propose short term and long term solution

·         Evaluate and propose technical alternatives for business scenarios/requirements

·         Leads client engagement in regards to developing solution recommendations

·         Assist the project team in estimation, project scope management and design of the solution

·         Owns and manages the application "development" and "implementation" best practices and standards

·         Facilitate, manage and maintain application development standards and best practices

·         Should have hands-on expertise in Oracle APEX 4.2, Java, Java Script, jQuery, HTML and Database technologies(Oracle, JDBC, SQL, PL.SQL)

·         Ability to design and optimize solution that deals with large(TBs) amount of BLOB data

·         Proven solution consulting experience

 

Preferred:

·         Oil and Gas Industry

·         Candidate must be organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment, able to design and implement a proposed solution

·         Must demonstrate good judgment and pragmatic approach to delivering solutions that optimizes architecture and resolves customer pain points.

·         Strong communication skills.
