Role: PeopleSoft Financial Developer (FSCM HCM)

MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Note: candidates who do not have the mandatory skills will not be considered.
· Expert in PeopleSoft FSCM and HCM 9.x technical development, implementation and support. Need experience in Asset Management, Maintenance Management and Resource Management modules or Core HR, Profile Management, Performance Management and Time & Labor modules.
· 8+ years of experience using People Code and People Tools 8.5x including Application Designer, Security Administration, Change Assistant, Tree, Manager, Application Engine, Application Package, Data Mover, Workflow, Query and Process Scheduler.
· 8+ years of experience using Integration Tools including Component Interfaces and Integration Broker .Strong Application Messaging is preferred.
· Responsible for partnering with the functional analyst to understand the application functionality, support fit/gap assessments and develop technical solutions to support business processes.
· Expert in PS integration with other technologies such as Java, OBIEE, ESB and third party applications.
· Must be proficient in XML Doc generation using PeopleSoft API
· Must be able to create new Xml Schema files
· Must be expert in creation of Web services, Service Operations and Service Handler code
· Must have knowledge of debugging and resolving issues in web service handler code
· Create and format complete technical design documents including ERD, Process Flow, Processing Logic and Security.
· Write and execute unit testing, code review and create change request for code migration.
· Excellent Time Management, Organizational and Communication Skills, both Written and Verbal Ability to work on Multiple Tasks Concurrently.
· Code/build application the most complex solutions from technical requirements using PeopleTools and related development technologies with wide latitude for independent judgment.
· Develop and execute unit tests and functional test coverage for assigned coding changes to ensure code quality. May alter existing test data or create new test data to ensure successful results of modifications to program code.
· Perform the most complex coding and programming tasks including testing, design, implementation, and testing of a wide range of input/output, control functions, interlocks, sequences, operator interface and other control components; work product is considered the highest quality by reviewers.
· Perform testing of application software modifications utilizing various programming platforms and productivity tools and review results for accuracy
· Adhere to defined processes and procedures to ensure the quality of the technical solution.
· Mentor less experienced developers. This may include assigning work, reviewing work for adherence to standards, and provide coaching guidance.
· Prepare for and participate in code reviews as requested.
