· 10+ Years (With at least 3 years of experience on middleware platforms such as TIBCO)
· Understand existing framework design and Participate in design discussions
· Architect and Design solutions
· Using industry best practices
· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team members
· Understand T-Mobile's existing frameworks and applications
· Suggest usage of latest technologies as per requirements
· Suggest improvement areas in discussion with T-Mobile and HCL technical lead(s)
· Task Management
· Requirements understanding
· Communication with T-Mobile contacts and clarifications of all issues
· Documentation of understanding
· Status tracking of all HCL related activities
· Implement and monitor processes compliance across the tasks
