Urgent Need :- IBM AIX 7 Support Engineer - (100% REMOTE PROJECT )

 Good Afternoon.

  I hope you are doing great!!

 We are seeking for senior IBM AIX 7 Support Engineers for REMOTE project. It will be a 6+ months long term contract assignment and it is through one of my preferred vendor. Could you please go through the below job description and please send me your consultants updated resumes ASAP!!

• To VPN into the system on a monthly basis to investigate the system logs for Operating System errors, failed hardware, application errors or any anomaly that could require further investigation or extended service or services.

 

• To apply OS and/or application patches as required (the ISV) or as a product of a support services event.

 

All services will be performed remotely.

 

• VPN access to the server will be required.

 

The key assumptions for this project are:

• Expected time required for scheduled monitoring is 1 hour per month to review system logs for errors and anomalies.
• Expected time required for patch application will require 5 to 8 hours depending on the patch bundle size and complexity.
