I need 11 years experience consultant someone who is able to hit the ground running with C#, MVC 4 (different from other versions of MVC), Javascript, jQuery validations and an agile development process.(MUST)

 

Job Title:  Web Developer (Total experience 11 years must)

Job Description :

• C#, MVC 4 (different from other versions of MVC), Javascript, jQuery validations and an agile

development process.

• Assist SSA with modernizing its data quality tools and will be responsible for design

recommendations, requirements gathering and analysis, development and unit testing, in addition to Section 508 compliance.

• He/she should be able to work without technical oversight and should provide thought

leadership to our customers.

• Responsible for collaborating with a team of developers to gain a complete understanding of

the clients' needs.

• They apply industry best-practices and expertise regarding emerging technologies.
• They plan and conduct software testing, document technical specifications, and should be

able to be relied upon to identify tools and resources, in support of customer initiatives, goals, and strategies.

 

Skills Requirements:

Demonstrated proficiency in .NET development, C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, VB, XML, XSLT, DHTML, VB Script, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, jQuery and other .NET data mechanisms; -Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft MVC 4.0, Control Development / Integration, Page life Cycle Workflow, and Extensibility; -Demonstrated proficiency with Visual Studio 2010 and 2012 including significant exposure to .NET 3.5 or above; -Demonstrated proficiency with SQL Server 2008 and above and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS); -Demonstrated experience in ODBC, JDBC, and Web Services; -Experience with stored procedures and SQL Server 2008 R2;  -Experience with Web Standards and Development Concepts (State Management, Stateless Development, IE 9/10 Browser differences, etc.);  -Experience with Source Control programs such as Microsoft Team Foundation Server, MKS, etc;  -Experience in requirements evaluation (translating functional specifications into technical solutions), requirements gathering, and requirements definition;  -Strong analytical, organizational and hands-on problem solving skills, Web technologies, awareness of current Web trends and technologies;  -Plans, directs, and executes requirements analysis, usability, and Section 508 compliance for development projects.

 

Desired skills:

·         SQL Server Analysis Server (SSAS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS);  -Knowledge of

IBM DB2 is helpful;  -11 years experience in enterprise application development;  -Excellent

communication skills

Education:

BS Degree in Computer Science or related field.
