Primary responsibilities:
Develop and execute automated test suites using Selenium
Effectively communicate testing activities and findings in oral and written formats
Integrate the test suites into the test management system and custom test harnesses
Participate effectively in estimation, planning, cost-of-quality, and quality risk analysis is desired
Integrate the automation test suite with the nightly builds and into the continuous integration environment
Develop custom reports for test automation coverage
Develop and maintain the test automation framework in JAVA
Develop and execute automated test suites using Selenium

Experience and Skills:
3+ years in a hands-on QA/test automation role using Selenium and 5+ years in a hands-on QA/test automation role
Experience developing automated test suites using Selenium or other web testing frameworks
Strong understanding methodologies for feature, regression, performance and load testing
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills; able to build great working relationships
Experience with continuous integration and build systems such as Hudson/Jenkins, CruiseControl etc
Good knowledge of HTML, Java/Javascript, Web Services, XML, SQL
Tactical experience as a software developer using languages such as Java.
