The duties of the consulting resources would be to plan, create, modify, test and implement code in support of any of the following:

-              Oracle stored procedures, packages, and triggers for IAIABC forms

-              Oracle stored procedure, packages, and triggers for SROI data from Comppay system

-              VB.Net executable for processing Acknowledgment SROI/FROI/Sweep/Sub-Annual files received from WCB

-              Oracle stored procedure and, packages for New Case System changes due to IAIABC requirements

-              Loss service changes due to IAIABC requirements

-              Interfacing with the various claims systems to integrate specific claim information

-              Feeding all necessary data to the data warehouse/business intelligence system

The consultant will adhere to NYSIF’s application development standards, including, but not limited to, project management methodology, SDLC (software development life cycle), Enterprise Architecture standards and the IT governance process.

 

Skills Needed:

·         At least 12 months experience in IAIABC Standards with NYS Work compensation insurance

·         At least 12 months experience with NYS Workers compensation Insurance to maintain and support creation of claims

·         At least 18 months experience with Innotas

·         At least 18 months experience with Blueprint requirements tool

·         At least 18 months experience with HP Quality Center

·         At least 18 months experience in EDI using Oracle PL/SQL

·         At least 36 months experience Integrating applications with Technologies such as Oracle, ASP.NET, WCF, VB 6

·         At least 72 months experience in Oracle development, PL/SQL development including Triggers, Packages, Advanced Queuing

·         At least 72 months experience with Microsoft ASP.Net

·         At least 48 months experience with Visual Studio 2010 or Newer
