Requirement:
ICM/UCCE Engineer Senior
Technical Requirements:
Supplier resources will have the following skills / experience / background:
Required:
At least 5 years experience in supporting ICM, CVP, UCCE infrastructure.
At least 5 years experience supporting these application for 2000+ contact center
At least 5 years experience in configuration, deployment, testing, maintenance, monitoring and administering all aspects ICM, CVP, UCCE
At least 5 years experience in troubleshooting application and integration to reporting, WFM, Recording.
Experience with Contact Center Reporting
Experience with SQL
Experience working with all levels of the clients management team
Experience in usability testing.
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience with ICM integration to Avaya and Cisco CUCM
Knowledge of ITIL Service Management processes and tools
Tasks / Deliverables:
The following itemized tasks / deliverables are to be provided by Supplier in the performance of Services described under this SOW.
Task #1:
Troubleshoot Using generally accepted methodologies and tools, troubleshoot complex issues up to and including opening TAC cases, following through and documenting solutions.
Task#2:
Patch/Upgrade System Patch and upgrade said platforms/applications as needed or as found by field notices to assure environment is kept up to date.
Task #3:
Availability Monitor and maintain the systems to achieve 99.999% availability.
Task#4:
Knowledge Transfer Supplier will ensure the USAA team in any processes/procedures developed to operate and maintain system.
General Requirements:
All Services shall be performed at client's facilities.
All Services shall be completed in accordance with the Agreement as well as the prescribed client's plans, processes, procedures, specifications and guidelines as may be identified in this SOW or as otherwise directed by the client.
All Deliverables and materials furnished under this SOW shall be considered work made for hire and the property of the client.
