Job Description:
• Strong knowledge of Commvault backup and recovery management solutions
• Demonstrable experience of product management, solutions management or commercial marketing
• Manage/Test Commvault backup on various platforms (Windows/Linux/Unix).
• Management of tape library system.
• Provide guidance and direction to team members for Commvault backup.
• Audit various backup environments from time to time and ensure integrity of backup and recovery setups and activities.
• Document and implement changes to technical standards as and when required.
• Ensure Optimum Performance of Backup architecture.
• Capacity planning for global backup system with the help of historical data which includes analysis and suggestions for improvement.
• Experience/ Exposure to implementation of VTL (Virtual Tape Library).
• Good proficiency in using Commvault backup and good understanding of its best practices.
• Backup and restore/rebuilding of Commvault backup Server, Databases and storage
