Direct client Need-  PeopleSoft HR functional (or)PeopleSoft HR Technical

                       

Position: PeopleSoft HR functional (or) PeopleSoft HR Technical 

Location: Bay Area, CA

Duration: 1+ years

1:- Role: PeopleSoft HR functional

Should have PeopleSoft HRMS Implementation experience. Implementation of E-Recruitment, Position Management Exp is Mandatory.

Should work independently get the requirements, create Functional Specs, Work on Online Setups, define reports, Create/Update recruiting templates.

Create Help documents and Train the end Users. Create BRDs for Technical developments. 

Should work with multiple teams to integrate PeopleSoft HR with third party systems.

Should work with Onsite-Offshore model.

2:- PeopleSoft HR Technical 

Requirements:

Must have minimum of 7 years development life-cycle experience with People-Tools 8.4x or higher including: People-Code, SQR, Crystal and Application Engine (desirable)

Must have minimum of two PeopleSoft Upgrade experience; at least one must be on HCM 9.x

Must have HRMS/HCM Functional experience including HR, Payroll 

PeopleSoft Production support is desirable
