Position: CA IT Asset Manager (Computer Associate IT Asset Manager)

Location: Knoxville, TN

Contract: Long Term Contract

 

Exp: 9+ years

 

Must have skills: CA IT Asset Manager (Computer Associate IT Asset Manager)

·         Experience in CA ITAM and other CA ITSM tools

·         Execute the IT Asset Lifecycle for both the HW and SW.

·         Solid knowledge of CA IT Asset Manager ( CA APM & CA SAM preferably the latest versions )

·         Should have experience on the following modules : Financial , Vendor, Contract, License and Portfolio Management

·         Should have experience in configuring and customizing above mentioned modules ex: workflow configuration, form customization , Automated IT Processes, Integration with CA inhouse and third party tools.

·         Maintain proper implementation of  AM policies, processes, and procedures for effective software lifecycle management leveraging the Asset Manager solution

·         Experience in working with CA Asset Converter

·         Experience in setting up and working with CA Business Intelligence

·         Preparing Training plan and providing end user training
