Reg: Junior help desk position in Albany NY

Hope you are doing great today. I have following very urgent requirement with me. Please email me your candidates with below details that match the following skills perfectly, we can close this position very quickly.

 

Role: Help desk

Location: Albany, NY

Rate: $25/hr.

Term: 12 months

 

We need (6) Help Desk people with:

 

·        12 Months on HelpDesk duties, dealing with customers, taking Level 1 and Level 2 Help Desk tickets.

·        12 Months experience with troubleshooting Windows 7 applications and OS.

·        12 Months experience with VMware, thin client setup on a network, and PC setup on a network.

·        12 Months experience in network monitoring, permissions and troubleshooting individual accounts.  Experience using Lansweeper, Remote Desktop and Active Directory, all three are required.

·        12 Months experience using ReadyDesk.

·        12 Months experience with installation of desktop hardware / peripherals and printers.

·        12 Months experience support with supporting Lotus Notes.

·        12 Months experience with installation and support of O365.

·        12 Months experience with imaging PCs, and server maintenance.

·        12 months experience lifting up to 50 lbs. of equipment, and running cable over and under furniture/rugs.
