    We are looking for a Web Systems Engineer / Systems Integrators to support world's leader in providing IT consulting and software services to the finest global organizations client.

    This is a 6+ months Contract extendible Position based in San Jose CA.

     

    Role: Web Systems Engineer / Systems Integrators

    Location: San Jose CA   

    Duration: 6+ months Contract

    Extension possible  : Yes

     

    Job Description:

    Responsible for design, build, and support of large enterprise cloud infrastructure middle-ware platforms to enable content and application hosting.

    Role requires deep and broad expertise of how middleware infrastructure (installation, configuration, tuning, and troubleshooting) needs to be setup for large enterprises with proven knowledge of managing production environments (experience should not be limited to just installation on a sandbox/development boxes/ laptop).

    Knowledge of integrating with middleware messaging, web services and security technologies is required.

    He/she should be well-rounded team player with a good mix of technical and interpersonal skills. The candidate should have the ability to multi-task, self start and work in a fast-paced team environment and be able to meet deadlines and commitments


    Related technical knowledge, skills and expertise

    1.       Apache WebServer Administration

    2.       SSL Certificate Management

    3.       Vmware Virtualization

    4.       Scripting – Python, Perl

    5.       Linux and unix administration and internals

    6.       Application Servers –Websphere, Weblogic

    7.       Integration of middleware environments with authentication technologies such as Oracle Access Manager/SiteMinder and Messaging (JMS/Tibco), Web Services, LDAP/AD

    8.       Automation of Infrastructure Monitoring
