Voice/Cable Tester Position
Work location: Philadelphia, PA
Duration: 6 months
· Hands-on testing in Cable-based CPE devices, such as Docsis 3.0 cable modems, wireless gateways, and voice/Wifi modems.
· Good Knowledge of following technologies DOCSIS, VoIP (SIP/Packetcable), Routing protocols.
· Knowledge on SNMP, TR-069, MOCA would be added advantage.
· Hands on in performing functional, performance, load testing.
· Experience on test tools like SAGE, IXIA, CD Router, Empirix Hammer.
· Experience in using bug/defect management systems.
· Understanding of and experience with the full test lifecycle, including writing functional test scenarios, test plans etc.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Role: Media Engineer (iPod integration)
Work location: Peachtree City, GA
Duration: 6+ months
We are looking for a media engineer with following skills –
· Strong C++, C knowledge in embedded domain (media – preferable)
· OS Knowledge – QNX or Linux
· Experience in integrating Apple devices (iPod) or other smart devices
· Media framework experience (Audio / Video) – development, integration activities
Java engineer / STB Domain
Work location: Philadelphia, PA
Duration: 6 months

Networking engineer with VOIP, SIP experience
Work location: could be either Moorestown or Philly
Duration: 6 months
Required:
· Experience in a multi-product, multi-vendor network integration environment in telecom, cable voice.
· Expert level experience with Broadworks architecture. Must be familiar with the different network elements that compose the Broadworks VOIP platform.
· In-depth strong working knowledge of SIP/SDP and TCP/IP.
· Working knowledge of various Commercial Voice CPE products
· Knowledge of Hosted and Centrex network solution
· Knowledge of IMS, Packet cable and associated protocols
· Knowledge of SS7 and ISDN PRI is required
· Experience in test tools such as SAGE, Hammer, Hammer XMS,SIPp.
· Working experience with HPQC / ALM or other similar test management tool
· Strong oral and written communications skills
· Highly productive quick learner that seeks and accepts challenges.
· Excellent team player with Can-Do attitude and works well under pressure
Position: Incident Manager
Location: West Coast (Sunnyvale CA, Seattle WA, Portland OR)
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Ensures that technical issues are responded to and that normal service operations are restored as quickly as possible
• Reviews and revises incident management processes, policies and escalation procedures on a regular basis to drive efficiencies and effectiveness in responding to issues
• Identifies persistent or recurring problems and recommends creative solutions
• Develops procedures for incident triage and management, metric and measure creation, management and administration of monitoring tools
• Ensures timely execution of scheduled and repeatable processes such as periodic system validations, daily triage, system monitoring and event log management
• Monitors applications for most efficient operation, identifying fault conditions as well as opportunities for further optimization
• Recommends opportunities for process improvement
• Reviews core operational performance metrics for the customer's Converged Products environment
• Manages 24x7 scheduling of operators and application support personnel
• Maintains escalation and contact lists for mission critical assets
SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a technology operations setting.
• Ability to adjust to changing priorities and make quick decisions with limited information.
• Strong organizational, communication, leadership and customer service skills.
• Experience in supporting business objectives in a partnered/outsourced mod
• Strong hands-on technical experience (previous experience as a Linux/Unix system administrator is preferred) with a focus on problem solving
• High level of energy and strong drive are essential attributes in this role.
• Ability to be on call off hours for a certain number of days every month.
• Scripting / programming experience desired.
• Understanding of cable and IP technologies (including Tru2way) is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, communication, customer service, problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively triage and resolve incidents, assist in change management and deployment support
