Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead resource responsible for the overall design and development of applications and systems.
- Define requirements and create architectural specifications.
- Provide leadership to client and internal stakeholders.
- Serve as the subject matter expert in all phases of design and development; mentor team members as needed.
- Help ensure projects are delivered successfully, on-time, and within budget.
Skills and Experience Required:
Mandatory Skills:
- Expertise in creating and working on Java Architecture
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Strong knowledge and development experience with core Java/J2EE
- Strong knowledge and development experience with Spring/Hibernate frameworks
Desired Skills:
- Good written and Verbal communication skills
Job Title: Technical Lead
Job Location: Somerset, NJ

Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead resource responsible for the overall design and development of applications and systems while providing leadership and direction to the development teams
- Serve as the subject matter expert in all phases of design and development and mentor team members as needed
- Define requirements and create architectural specifications.
- Lead and coordinate development activities and be the anchor of technical expertise with onshore and offshore technical teams
- Lead status meetings with the development and management teams
- Communicate to the client and internal teams the architecture and/or solution of a particular project.
- Manage the team's progress against deliverables and milestones and revise them as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Support the Software Engineers with coding when required with analysis, design, providing technical solutions, coding, testing, QA support, and implementation.
- Implement engineering excellence by enforcing regular code reviews, continuous integration, high test code coverage, on-going code refactoring and adequate documentation while ensuring correct usage of industry standard software and frameworks
Skills and Experience Required:
Expertise with:
- Java programming
- XPath expressions & functions
- XSLT
- Mule ESB platform to deliver SOAP & REST based APIs (a plus)
- Deep understanding of SOA design principles and best practices
- Deep understanding and implementation of web services
- Coordinate across multiple teams to deliver complex projects successfully
- Self-motivated, detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written technical documentation skills
