Description
Focus on Developer leads with SFDC Apex, Visual Force and SF Administration background for a SFDC Developer Tech Lead role. Require SFDC development and Administrations experience. Certification being a plus but not necessarily a requirement.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• Broad experience and understanding in the following specified areas (not all required): 
o SFDC platform including Apex and Visual Force
o Architecture: SOA
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience including 5 years proven development experience in the implementation of complex, integrated business applications across a variety of environments or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience.
• Highly proficient in communicating and coordinating information technology solutions and processes that aggressively support business objectives.
• Stays current with emerging technologies, industry best practices in the solution domains. 
• Shows initiative, is a self-starter, able to handle multiple priorities and has excellent time management skills.
