Structured Credit- Sr. Java / C++ Developer

We have an immediate need to hire an experienced Sr. Java/C++ Developer for our investment banking practice.

In this role you will work on new functionalities, regulatory projects and other enhancements, within our structured credit group. Projects will be executed using a global delivery model including business center in NY, offshore team and other stakeholders located globally

• 5-10 years' experience in Java and related technologies
• Technical skills
• Java, J2EE, JMS
• C++
• Spring framework, hibernate, etc.
• Database - Sybase / Oracle
• UNIX Shell scripting
• Capital Markets Domain experience is a must have
• Good in Communication skills
• Should have good design skills
• Should be able to work in agile kind of environment
• Should be having good client facing skills
• Should be able handle teams working in multiple sites (onsite, offshore, near shore)
• Need to have good ability to understand the systems and provide impact analysis
• Should be very good in communication and be able to work independently.
• Domain – Structured Products
• RAD (Rapid Application Development) skills; Quick Response to Users
• Design, build and test;
• Strong client facing skills'
• Ability to understand and gather requirements and shape into a proposed solution
