I am urgently looking for ITIL ITSM Consultant in Palo Alto, CA. Please go through with the requirement and let me know if you have any consultant for this requirement!

Job Description:
· 5-8 years of experience in ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Knowledge, SRM etc.
· ITIL v3 Certified (Expert preferably).
· Have prior experience (at least 2 engagements) in performing a gap analysis of a customers IT Service Management processes against ITIL v3 processes.
· Strong attention to detail with excellent organization skills.
· Strong in MS Build, Automated build, Continuous integration.
· Knowledge of scripting languages or scriptable shells such as batch files, beyond compare/Scripting, MS Build, Shell scripts, Window Scheduler.
· Have good understanding of multiple applications
· Excellent troubleshooting skills.
· Must have working knowledge and experience on deployment of automation tools.
· Ability to plan builds and releases with good written and verbal communication skills.
· Should have adequate writing skills for preparing release notes and appropriate release documents.
