Job Responsibilities:
· He is going to have the experience of a tech lead where he has provided support for a suite of applications.
· He will also need the technical skills to diagnose issues; doing scripting and SQL work, and have knowledge of Wintel / Network / Firewalls.
· He needs to be a problem solver and a self-starter.
· He also needs to have fantastic communication skills, as he will deal with business users regularly, as well as support personnel.
· He may be involved with dealing with Federal Regulators (such as the FDIC) – this is optional.
