Description
Client is currently seeking an experienced Informatica ETL Developer for our media client's Corporate Data Warehousing Team. This is an immediate and long-term consulting opportunity. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing complex ETL processes to bring large volumes of data (100M+ rows) from both Oracle and Netezza based operational stores and load the transformed data into target systems that are hosted in a private cloud.

Required Skills:

·         6+ years of ETL design and development experience specifically leveraging Informatica

·         Expert-level Oracle development skills MUST be skilled at writing complex stored procedures, packages and triggers "natively in PL/SQL

·         Strong database design and modeling experience within VLDB (Very Large Data Base) for High Transaction environments (hundreds of millions of rows per day)

·         Experience working with Star Schemas

·         Hands-on experience with Netezza preferred (Teradata background is also a plus)

·         Any experience with Hadoop and/or AWS would be a plus

·         Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communications skills must have experience working directly with users to gather transformation and load criteria to support business-specific data needs
