Position : ETL QA Analyst

Location : CT

Duration : 6+months

 

•Strong exposure to SDLC activities such as requirements gathering, analysis, system test plan/ test strategy documentation, Test case, Test Queries, Test data and analyzing the test results

•Expertise in SQL involving activities such as business rules validation, referential integrity validation and ETL Audit process validation

•Strong skills in back end testing using SQL queries (Teradata, Oracle or other DBs), generating reports to ensure data integrity and validate business rules

•Design test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures.

•Develop testing programs that address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, regression testing, negative testing, error or defect retests, or usability

•Develop process for Data Analysis and testing Data flow.

•Coordinate with UAT team and user groups and support during planning, execution, defect resolution.

•Develop weekly status reports on over all tasks, test execution and defect report details.

•Actively participate in walk-through, inspection, review and user group meetings for quality assurance.

•Communicate and interact with appropriate areas on problems, changes and enhancements that may impact data, workflow and /or functionality within Information Technology software

•Comply with standards of the software development life cycle and follow strategies, plans and procedures within Information Technology software.
