1) 5+ years IBM Infosphere Datastage Development experience - they are currently on version 9.1
2) Enterprise level experience to be able to communicate and interact with an understanding of the large amounts of data being populated into this DW - need to have understanding around IBM Data Model
3) Any previous knowledge or experience working with Netezza is a plus as they are running Netezza in this environment
