Location: Lewisville, TX
Duration: 12 month + contract

Job Description:
In this Lead Business Analyst position, you will have the opportunity to be the liaison between the lines of business and the development team. You will be responsible for analyzing business and data requirements to understand the business needs, and to determine how their applications can best functionally fulfill those needs. This will involve combining knowledge of what the business wants with knowledge of how the systems are built, how data is managed, and used to create functional designs across applications. You will also be responsible for coaching and mentoring less experienced team members.

Are you interested? The ideal Business Analyst will possess the following experience:
4-6 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
Experience with requirements analysis and use case design
Database and data mapping experience
Must have understanding of File Transfer and XML formats
Large Enterprise experience
